About Me.

My journey as an artist has been inspired and driven by a deep desire to understand movement in all its forms. I draw from a wide range of physical and choreographic practices rooted in contemporary dance, theatre, and somatics that have been woven into my approach to performing, dance making, and directing.

My training at Trinity Laban Conservatoire (2002-2006) gave me a strong foundation in performance, choreography and critical thinking, and rooted in me the curiosity and desire to work creatively with the body, to dive into its functionality and expressivity and to remain open to what the body can do and how we tell our stories through the language of movement.

These foundational experiences continue to feed into my own artistic practice as a performer, maker, and teacher as I meet and share my work with others. I love making things move whether is my own creations with STATE OF FLUX or collaborating with others to bring their vision to life.
