MOVEMENT
Movement is central to all creativity and lies at the heart of my artistic practice. My portfolio career has kept me curious about the ever-evolving language of movement and dance —how we relate to one another in space, and how our bodies create meaning through movement and choice-making. I create and produce my own work alongside supporting and collaborating in a wide range of creative environments. I work across theatre and film and also share my practice through teaching both in HE and professional workshops. I am continually inspired by the many creatives I meet, and thrive in collaborative environments.
Movement is fundamental not only in connecting the performer to the audience but also in enabling the artist to connect deeply with themselves and their craft. As a dance artist and performer, I understand what is required to fully embody an idea or choice, whether on stage or in front of a camera. I bring this knowledge and passion to my work as a movement director, choreographer, and Intimacy Coordinator, and I also teach movement in a variety of educational contexts, including drama and dance conservatories.

I create safe, exploratory spaces where artists can experiment, play, and unlock their creative potential through the lens of movement. My background in Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis, Somatic Movement, and Contact Improvisation (CI) allows me to support artists who seek to deepen their understanding of the human experience in a physical, embodied, and authentic way.
